Terms and Conditions of Service
The following Terms of Service(s) is a legal contract between an individual user/contractor and Aesthetics Core Cleaning Co. and Aesthetics Core Services defining the rules and acceptable behavior of your website and services. By using our services you agree to these policies, terms, and conditions.
Welcome to the website of Aesthetics Core Services. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.

How to Prepare for your scheduled cleaning service:
The cost of cleaning is calculated based on the fact that professional house cleaners devote all of their time and efforts to cleaning.

To help us make the most of our cleaning time and ensure we can get to every area effectively, we recommend spending a few minutes tidying up before your scheduled session. This way, we can focus on the deep cleaning and you even save time and money! Thank you for helping us create a more efficient and enjoyable cleaning experience for you.
If you’d like our expert team to handle any additional tasks not covered in your regular cleaning service, please reach out to Aesthetics Core Services at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will give us time to adjust our team’s schedule and update your cleaning charge to include the extra preparation time. We’re here to help with any special requests you might have!
Deposit Policy:
For every scheduled service a $75 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel our service less than 48 hours of notice otherwise will be applied towards your invoice at the end of your services.

Payment Policy:
To avoid a 5% late fee, payment is due at the time our cleaning service is completed - no exceptions; unless otherwise previously discussed on an agreed time frame. We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. We also accept checks. Form of payment will be discussed prior to your cleaning appointment. Please keep in mind a $37 fee will be applied for insufficient funds from your bank institution.

Estimate Accuracy:
Our estimations can only be as accurate as our clients' perceptions of the home's condition. When all parts of the home are considered at the first discussion or on the estimate form, the home's square footage is precise, and the home's condition is realistically defined, our estimates are usually quite accurate. The condition of the home is the most important deciding element of time.

If we believe cleaning will take much longer than expected upon arrival, we will make every effort to contact you and inform you as soon as possible. If we are unable to reach you, the manager will determine whether to continue cleaning or to stop at the scheduled time and leave sections unfinished. If you have a preference, please let us about it when you schedule your cleaning.

Cleaning Policy:
Oven cleaners, mildew removers, lime removers, and toilet bowl cleansers are not environmentally friendly, but they do the job well. If you prefer to use "green or eco-friendly" products please let us know in advance. Keep in mind eco-friendly cleaners do not work as well with extremely dirty areas the first time and may need multiple cleanings.

Lime, calcium, and soap scum can build up in showers and tubs. Our cleaning chemicals do an excellent job of cutting through these deposits, but certain showers and tubs may not be entirely free of these deposits due after using cleaning chemicals to the excessive build up over-time. Mold and mildew are biological organisms that may develop deep within and beneath grout and caulk. Our cleaning solutions will help to reduce surface stains, but to entirely remove them, the homeowner may need to have certain areas re-grouted or re-caulked.

Our crew can't clean objects on shelves or hung on the wall that are higher than a professional home cleaner standing on a 2-step stool can reach. We do utilize extension poles to “high dust” rooms, but we do not “high dust” objects that may fall over or are mounted on the wall since we cannot secure them with one hand while cleaning.

Cleaning Staff Policy:
We supply all of the tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies that our professional house cleaners will need to do a thorough cleaning service. Our crew will not climb more than two steps.

Also, our crew can't lift more than 25 pounds; If any cleaning needs to be done beneath any furniture please have someone present to move the furniture.

Designated Cleaner: You will have an assigned cleaner for your ongoing house cleanings with the exception of illness, vacation, personal emergency, or ongoing schedule modifications. If your designated cleaner's schedule changes or if he or she no longer works here, he or she will be replaced with another trained cleaner who will have the a specific work order for your home. You are free to try out many cleaners until you find your perfect fit.

Pet Policy:
While our crew is cleaning, all pets - scary, dangerous, or 'runaway' pets- must be outside or kept to a safe place (such as crate, garage, etc.)

Damage/Breakage Policy:
When cleaning your property, our expert house cleaners use the utmost care. We do have insurance in place to cover any harm caused by our cleaners. On the other hand, damage caused by "normal wear and tear," faulty installation of an item in your house, or artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms valued over $100 that were not revealed during the setup process are not covered by our warranty/insurance.

These items may include but are not limited to: Carpet/Rug snags, Broken Blinds, Improperly hung pictures/decorations/mirrors/fixtures/etc., artwork, collectibles, family heirlooms, and valuables over $100.

Again, please let us know of any of the above during your initial walkthrough prior to initializing cleaning.

Service Quality Guaranteed:
Our goal at Aesthetics Core Services is to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our customers. If you are dissatisfied with any cleaning service given, please inform us within 24 hours after service has been completed so that we may address and remedy the issue. We promise to fix the problem for free.
There will be no refunds or remedy if contacted after the 24hrs.

Appointment Re-scheduling/Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or re-schedule your cleaning appointment please contact Aesthetics Core Services via phone or email. Your deposit of $75 will be non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your cleaning.
​
If you miss and/or skip a cleaning, you will be charged a higher cost for the following cleaning since the house will require more time to clean.
The following are additional charges:

Add 10% if you're one week late

Add 20% if you're two weeks late

Add 30% if you're three weeks late

Add 40% if you're four weeks late
AND if it is postponed more than 4 weeks past your appointment date your cleaning will be rescheduled at the first full-service fee (1st Time or "Deep Cleaning").
You will be charged the entire amount of your service if our crew comes and does not have access/entry to your home (ie. locked out the house), or if you cancel within 2 hours of your planned appointment. If you won't be home for your cleaning, please make sure our staff knows how to get into your house before we start.
Please keep in mind that this policy is in place to prevent our staff from losing critical work time due to last-minute cancellations. We do not have enough time to accommodate other clients in your place due to last-minute cancellations.

Annual Increase on Cleaning Services Policy:
Due to the annual increase in business operating costs, Aesthetics Core Services (aka ACCC and ACS) reserves the right to adjust the cleaning fees on an annual basis by no more than 5%. When this occurs, we provide a minimum of 4 weeks in advance notice.

Non-Solicitation of ACCC Employees:
When you are given an estimate or quote by us, Aesthetics Core Services("aka" ACCC and ACS) , you agree not to employ any of our employees for any type of cleaning service. For the next two years after their final day of employment at ACS, our service agreement forbids you from soliciting and hiring our personnel.

We devote a significant amount of time, money, and resources to recruiting, interviewing, verifying references, doing background checks, and, most importantly, training our professional home cleaners. If you employ a former or current ACCC or ACS employee for your personal or company purposes, you agree to pay a $3,000 referral fee to ACS immediately.
Our workers have all signed contracts with ACCC and ACS pledging not to work for any previous or present customer for a period of two years after leaving the firm. Any employee who accepts work under these conditions risks legal repercussions. Our personnel are our most significant resource.

If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.
